Ice cream is the perfect food to indulge in during summer, and the fresher the better. Aside from the creamy texture, luxurious sea salt caramel and a recipe that requires just seven ingredients, the best thing about this ice cream is that it’s vegan, naturally sweetened and therefore healthy (kind of).
