#1 Barbara Palvin & Dylan Spouse

Model Barbara Sprouse, née Palvin, and actor Dylan Sprouse got married this month! The couple tied the knot in her home country of Hungary on her parents’ property, Harlekin Birtok, which doubles as an event venue. The first of two weddings this was an intimate event, where they were able to have everyone there.

Her first dress was a custom strapless design from Vivienne Weswood, paired with a Tiffany & Co. ’90s-inspired choker. For Barbara’s second dress, she chose a short style with a crisscross back by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini that she could dance the night away in. Following a Hungarian tradition, menyecske ruha, where you have to wear a red dress after midnight, she wore a Hungarian designer Mero.

#2 Henrietta Rix & Ronan Keenan

Tying the knot in 2022, Rixo co-founder Henrietta Rix married high school crush Ronan Keenan at the local church in Mobberley, Cheshire. The reception was an informal yet classic English garden party at the blue-plaque Rix house. The couple didn’t have a colour scheme or a theme., it was an eclectic mix of decorations and details with English wild meadow flowers adding bright pops of colour to each table.

Designing her own dress at the Rixo atelier in London, she took inspiration from the peach 1940s gown of her mother’s, she crafted a dress with a smocked bodice and organza layers. To modernise the design, she made it backless, and on a whim in her fitting, she cut a deep V-neck into it herself with scissors.

#3 Sofia Richie & Elliot Grainge

The wedding that broke social media, dubbed this year’s royal wedding, Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge exchanged vows at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes. With a star-studded guest list and viral performance from Good Charlotte, there was lots to talk about, but nothing topped the wedding looks that Sofia wore from the wedding week to her honeymoon.

A trio of dresses were created by Chanel for her three major wedding-weekend events: the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony; and the after-party. Sofia collaborated closely with her stylist, Liat Baruch, and Douchez to scour through the Chanel couture archives. When it came to the rehearsal-dinner look, the team worked to re-create a gown worn by Stella Tennant in the 1997 Chanel couture fall show.

#4 Alex Carl & Jacob John Harmer

We wouldn't expect anything less than stylish from one of the most in demand Scandi stylists right now. Alex Carl and her videographer husband Jacob John Harmer's wedding took place in Copenhagen, honouring the pairs heritage in Alexandra's childhood home where the party and dinner was hosted.

Speaking to Vogue about her wedding dress made by Self Portraits Han Chong, Alex said: “As a stylist, I know how crucial the details always are and how difficult it is to make something truly simple and unique which doesn’t become boring. My dress had long sleeves and silk-covered buttons. Chong’s studio hand-stitched tiny pearls into the seams which curve along the body, and the buttons in the back were placed just below the deep V-drop back.” Alex also opted for a chic cape rather than a traditional veil giving her a contemporary edge. The aesthetic of the wedding was clean and organic with lots of bright wildflowers.

#5 Hannah Weiland & Arthur Guinness

Hannah Weiland,  founder of Shrimps, married Arthur Guinness on the grounds of her family home in Wiltshire in 2018. In a whimsical, enchanted day surrounded by 300 guests (predominantly his family), she had an Elvis-inspired wedding cake and a live performance from British musician and friend  Alan Pownall.

With a career in fashion design and the arts, we aren't surprised by the impeccable attention to detail in each aspect of the wedding. From the wedding dress itself, which features embroidered doodles depicting her and her now husband's relationship, to the dip pen and ink menus.

#6 Jessie Bush & Sam Flaherty

One of the UK's most influential in womenswear, Jessie Bush married her husband Sam Flaherty back in 2018. The couple celebrated their day in sunny Mallorca, with rustic architecture, Persian rugs lining the aisle and a rose arch to frame the ceremony.

Jessie's dress was a custom-made tiered gown designed by well-known wedding dress maker Charlie Brear.

#7 Florrie Thomas & Tarquin

Contributing fashion editor and stylist Florrie Thomas lives an undoubtedly stylish life, working on high-profile shoots with some of the best designers and publications. In 2019 Florrie and her husband-to-be Tarquin tied the knot in picturesque Mallorca after having their official ceremony in London. Both events were suitably stylish with Florrie wearing a 1930's inspired gown designed by Isabelle Fox paired with Jimmy Choo pearl-encrusted mules and an oversized bow in her hair for an extra vintage edge. At the Mallorca part of the celebrations, Florrie wore a silver floral Emilia Wickstead gown paired with an elegant Jane Taylor headband.
