Dutch Artist Berndnaut Smilde is extremely good at taking a situation or an image, deconstructing and analysing it, before putting it all back together again. His works question how we think, merging inside and outside, temporality, size – you name it, he’ll place a question mark next to it. We love his Antipode project however, which features clouds injected into indoor landscapes. Playful and beautiful, the clouds even featured in a Harpers Bazaar commission for Harpers Bazaar with Karl Lagerfeld, Donatella Versace, Albar Elbaz and Dolce & Gabbana.
