What to wear to the UK’s most Instagram-worthy restaurants

Instagram has cast its influence on the way we live, look, shop, travel and of course, eat. However, it isn't the healthy images of post-gym shakes and protein-focused meals that we are interested in. It is the fancy candle-lit dinners and melting chocolate puddings that really get our thumbs tapping. From bright and abstract dinner settings to a paired-back hidden gem, our world is obsessed with documenting mealtimes and the stylish places we can eat at.

Cultured foods, tastes and experiences all come into play when dining out, and we want to support your search for the best restaurant recommendations and what we would wear.

Founded by Tom Sellers, who left school at 15 to work with Keller, Redzepi, Aikens and the rest. Originally opened Story in Bermondsey in 2013, aged 26 and won two Michelin stars. Recently he opened up Story Cellar the more casual sister restaurant in Covent Garden.
