Three Breakfast Oatmeal Recipes
Clean eating, vegetarian recipes and organic cooking are the corner stones of Green Kitchen Stories, one of our favourite vegetarian blogs. It is our go to place to find healthy but comforting recipes, it is especially perfect for this time of year as each recipe is packed with colour, plenty of vegetables and lashings of fruit.
David, Luise and their daughter Elsa are the people behind the green kitchen. Based in Stockholm but not afraid to travel the world to be inspired, regularly post simple, healthy and delicious vegetarian recipes in between their day jobs, playing with Elsa and studying.
We wanted to share some of their breakfast oatmeal recipes with you and what better meal to start with than the most important of the day? Inspired by the cafes of Copenhagen and experimenting with basic recipes to make them something a little special, David and Luise have collated their three favourite oatmeal recipes from a standard milk based option to a protein rich one, all covered with mouth-watering toppings.
