Boozy White Hot Chocolate

‘Tis the season to indulge, and what could be more indulgent than a cup of white hot chocolate laced with pumpkin spice and rich Bourbon? This Christmas, put a wintry decadent twist on the humble hot chocolate with this recipe by the Minimalist Baker.

Perfect for warming up after a brisk morning walk in the British countryside or for accompanying a fresh mince pie, this drink will easily impress guests – and only takes five minutes to whip up. This recipe uses white chocolate chips (swap for milk chocolate if you prefer) instead of powder, melting them with milk and adding generous amounts of pumpkin spice and Bourbon for that extra kick.
