See By Chloé takes inspiration from the '90s New York party scene to form their velvet denim jacket. Made from sumptuous, midweight velvet fabric, the Harrington jacket takes on a western-style construction with pointed collar, central zip fastening and angular-shaped slip pockets with rose gold-tone zip detail. Finished with buttoned cuffs, contrast topstitching and quilted satin lining.
