Step one: To find your calf measurement sit down on a chair with your knee bent at a 90-degree angle and your foot flat on the floor.
Step two: You will want to measure your calf at the widest part without pulling the measuring tape tight.
Step three: Measure both calves, if there is a different in the measurement, we suggest going with the bigger for sizing.
