Reinterpreting the label’s iconic Replica design, the ‘Superbounce’ trainer from Maison Margiela experiments with texture and shape. The Parisian fashion house is no stranger to challenge and known for reinventing staple silhouettes.  

Reimagining the classic round-toe trainer, this design uses a black semi-transparent rubber sole to create a bubble effect, enveloping the entire sole to create an otherworldly proportion. While this element is experimental, the upper retains classic features, including the straight lace-up fastening, low top style and padded tongue.

In keeping with the original model, this design is realised in a monochrone black colour, with tonal suede effect applications overlaying the smooth white surface. Expertly crafted in Italy from calf leather, the shoe is lined with leather for superior comfort.
