On Sunday 13th May, Coggles hosted an Afternoon tea party with Orla Kiely in Coggles' beautifully restored Georgian townhouse womenswear store. Influenced by Vintage Vogue pattern books and reminiscent of 60s cinematic film stars, Orla’s collection was showcased amid a selection of bespoke cakes, tea and prosecco and accompanied by 40s music.
In addition to the silk twin-sets, tailored A-line dresses and intricate blouses, the Macramé story, specially introduced at the event, and now also available online at Coggles was a definite highlight…As were the Pistachio cupcakes provided by Filmore and Union!
