Canada Goose

CANADA GOOSE
The air is cool and crisp, the temperature has dropped, frost on the ground, winter is well and truly here. It was George Herbert, the Welsh poet and priest that astutely said in 1651 that ‘every mile is two, in winter’. This still packs a punch today, which is why everyone at Coggles has been eagerly awaiting the delivery of Canada Goose; the very best extreme cold weather outerwear money can buy. Established in Canada over 50 years ago, the brand is renowned and respected worldwide. With a glittering reputation for providing quality, functionality and style, Canada Goose products can be seen from the South Pole, to the Canadian high artic, to the streets of New York City, London and Stockholm.
Canada Goose outerwear was created from the need to provide the warmest possible clothing for the most extreme conditions, like the mind-numbing chill of Antarctica and the gale force winds of the North Sea. Indeed they are used as a survival tool at South Pole research stations and the ascent stops of Mount Everest, and they remain fully field tested in the environments they emerged from. So you can remain safe in the knowledge that the Canada Goose product will never let you down.
The magic ingredient?
Down: the world’s best insulator. It is three times as warm as any synthetic material and comes from the light fluffy undercoat of geese and ducks, for it is this that enables them to maintain body temperature whilst on water. Each ounce of down contains millions of ‘fluff’ filaments, which interlock to create tiny pockets of still warm air and it is this, which creates the insulation effect.
The Expedition Coat is packed with the finest Hutterite goose down and a blend of Canadian down in order to achieve super insulation and protection from all the elements can throw at you. It features a tunnel hood with a coyote fur ruff, heavy duty two way YKK zipper, fleece lined pockets and knitted cuffs. Also in stock now is the Chilliewack Jacket in black and steel, whose outer shell is treated with durable water repellent fabric protector to ensure it lasts for generations.
