It is their purpose to deliver the perfect denim product to the most discriminating denim enthusiasts. To achieve perfection, they use the finest quality African cottons from Benin, Senegal, Zimbabwe and Uganda. These countries have the ideal climate for growing the strongest, most resilient, pure cotton. The cotton is organically grown, hand picked and inspected by the local cotton farmers.

After the cotton is harvested in Africa, it is shipped to a family run denim manufacturer in Japan, who possess a deep understanding of craft and expertise. Once the denim is woven on vintage shuttle looms, they are put through a very aggressive aging process. Every stain, nick, prick or abrasion is painstakingly produced by hand, to replicate real wear and tear and age.
