1ina100 provides a platform for young artists to gain exposure in the world of design. The custom made garments are in limited editions of 100 and individually numbered with all t-shirts silk screened by hand, this creates subtle variations from one print to the next, making each one a distinctive, individual piece.
Felix Melia uses shamanism and mythology to connect the past and the present. When it came to creating his own designs for 1ina100, Melia wanted to create clear images that would be discernable from far away as well as at close quarters, and by using a simplified monochromatic aesthetic - inspired by this tribal imagery - he felt that he could create this effect.
