If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. With Coggles 14 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them. We recommend posting using a signed for service and remember to keep your postage receipt. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.
If you are returning shoes to us please do not use the shoebox as the outer packaging. Shoeboxes should be wrapped in plastic or paper packaging before being shipped back to us. Our shoe packaging is reusable.
When you order with us we check the details you provide on 4 separate occasions! So if we are doing our job properly you should happily receive just what you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item we will be happy to sort it out for you if you email email@example.com or call 44 (0) 1904 611001.
Throughout the time that your item/s is at Coggles it will be checked for quality. The final check is done when your order is packed by our despatch team so we are almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your order. If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s.

When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. If you are returning shoes please do not use the shoebox as the outer packaging. Shoeboxes should be shipped in mailing bags or packing paper.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Free delivery takes 3-5 days, Tracked Priority takes 1-3 days or you can use our Next Day services.
If you use International Signed For the Royal Mail’s target time is three working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world. For further details see our INFO page.
Can I exchange items from my order?
Yes, the quickest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you would like and follow the returns procedure for the unwanted item. The postage for your new order will be refunded to you. For further details see our INFO page.
